Game news:Interdisciplinary specialty
The Interdisciplinary Specialty merit has been modified on Fallcoast and function as follows.
A specialty attached to a skill which is at 3+ is chosen at purchase and that specialty can be applied to any skill if it's use can be justified. Medicine: Anatomy might for example help with a called shot to someone's vitals. The cost of the merit has been raised to two dots to represent the increase in versatility.
People who have the older, 1-dot, version of this merit on their sheets can keep using it under the old rules or open a job with +xpreq/job <title>=<info> requesting to be upgraded to the two dot version in exchange for four XP.
